Terms of Service

1. Contract Formation

Before we start production, we need payment for the total cost of the item you ordered. Once we have received payment, we will email you to confirm that your order has been accepted using the email address you provided on your order form.

2. Pricing

Prices for your items are listed on our website. We cannot service all locations, or you may be charged extra for delivery. Delivery charges are listed on our website. All orders are processed in USD at the displayed price.

3. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your contract with us for the items you order up to the end of the seventh working day from the day after the date you ordered the goods. If you wish to cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing. You must send back the items to our contact address at your own expense and risk if you received the goods before cancelling your contract. If you cancel your contract, the items must not be unpacked when you receive them. The items must be returned to our contact address as soon as possible at your own cost.

4. Delivery

We will deliver the goods you ordered to the address you gave us for delivery when placing your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and, in any event, within 30 days of your order. When the goods are delivered to you, you become the owner. You are responsible for the goods once they are handed over to you, and we cannot be held accountable for their loss or destruction.

5. Refund Process

Suppose your pre-paid order is cancelled due to the unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to ARM Championship Belts. In that case, you are entitled to a full refund, which will be processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.
