TERMS AND CONDITION ARMBELTS
 

1. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

Before we can accept your order, we need to receive payment for the total cost of the goods you order. Once we have received payment, we will email you to confirm that your order has been accepted at the email address you provided in your order form.  

2. PRICE

Prices for the goods you order are listed on our website. Some locations will not be serviceable by us, or you may be charged extra for delivery. Delivery charges are listed on our website.  All orders are processed in USD at the displayed price.   

3. RIGHT FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order up to the end of the seventh working day from the day after the date you ordered the goods.   If you wish to cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing. You must send back the goods to our contact address at your own expense and risk if you have received the goods before you cancel your contract. The goods must not be unpacked when you receive them if you cancel your contract, and they must be returned as soon as possible to our contact address at your own cost.

4. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery when you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and, in any event, within 30 days of your order. When the goods are delivered to you, you will become the owner. You are responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to you, and we cannot be held responsible for their loss or destruction.

5. Refund Process

If your pre-paid order is canceled due to the unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to ArmBelts, you shall be entitled to a full refund by ArmBelts, which shall be processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.

6. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Should you have any cause for complaint, please contact [email protected]. Should your complaint not be resolved to your satisfaction, you can write to the customer service email address [email protected] to lodge a formal complaint.
