The belt is absolutely beautiful. It has a nice weight to it. And real leather strap. Not pleather. Everyone I talked to is very helpful and kept in constant contact. I had a couple of custom options I wanted done and they were able to fulfill that for me perfectly. Highly recommend.

Tough situation to review because everything started out great. Much appreciated the progress check-ins. Shipping also suprisingly is quick coming from Pakistan to US.
However, the quality control is questionable at best. Because the progress photos/videos naturally cannot show great detail, several flaws were unnoticed by me during approval. My situation may have been a rare unfortunate instance, but the gold plating was delivered chipped off in the center of one of the side plates. Several gold plating stress fractures in spots, an edge ding at the top and thumbprint left in the main plate that could not buff out. And what looked to be a pitted texture in a couple places not applicable to the design. To name a few things.
I made this known and in an attempt to make it right, they rebuilt a new belt for $100. While much appreciated, the new belt had its own flaws despite assuring me they would take extra precautions. The gold plating is much better on the 2nd set of plates. Though, too many lines were painted that were not in the first belt. The belt leather coloring looked rushed and can see the brush strokes throughout causing the color to look splotchy as if there was not a second coat applied to make the color uniform. (the leather on the first belt was great)
I’m sure the bride/groom will love these belts despite the unfortunate flaws. The price point is great if you are looking to get custom engraved/painted belt versus the less impressive simple etched belts you can find elsewhere. Just keep in mind that you may not receive a flawless product.
My advice to ARM is, please take extra time and care with your process. The quality is so close to being an amazing product. But there seems to be an oversight in the proper preparation steps in a trade off for quicker turn-around.
