Send your championship title, names, logos, preferred colors, reference images, occasion, quantity, required date and budget or preferred quality level.
We review your request and prepare a personalized digital mockup, along with recommendations for plate material, thickness, engraving, plating, leather and features. Initial artwork is normally ready within approximately 24-48 hours, depending on complexity and workload.
Request the necessary revisions until the approved artwork reflects the agreed design. Production does not begin until you approve the final artwork.
After the design and specifications are approved, our team provides a secure website checkout or approved payment link. Production begins after payment and final confirmation.
Your approved design moves through CNC engraving or etching, metal polishing, plating, hand-applied paint, stone placement, leather cutting and tooling, plate mounting, assembly and quality inspection.
We may share production updates or final product images before dispatch. Your belt ships through a tracked courier; timing can vary with destination, customs, weather and carrier conditions.
