Ordered this as a replacement belt for a retired champion of our organization. His old title was very basic, and we felt that he needed an upgrade. The quality is amazing! Belt came exactly as requested and meets a standard well above our expectations. Design approval process was less than 48 hours thanks to prompt responses. Shipping was precisely within the timeline stated on the website and what I was told by the representative. In fact, it was received 2 days earlier than the projected date. There was a fee incurred because of it being international shipping but it was minimal, and again, the website stated this. We’ll be doing business again with ARM!
