We recommend ordering at least 3 to 4 weeks before the retirement ceremony. Our production takes 7 to 14 business days after you approve the design mockup, and the design review itself typically takes 2 to 5 days. If your ceremony is coming up fast, contact us — rush options may be available.
▶ Can I use official military branch logos and insignia on the belt?
Yes. We regularly engrave branch insignia including the USMC Eagle Globe and Anchor, Army star, Navy anchor, Air Force wings and shield, Coast Guard insignia, and unit patches. Simply send us the image or describe what you want and our design team will create an accurate engraving.

Yes. Start the process with us early and we will hold the design until you have all the details confirmed. Many customers start with the belt style and branch, then add the name, rank, and dates once they are finalised. There is no rush on our end — we want the design to be perfect.
▶ Can multiple people contribute to the cost of one belt?
Absolutely — and this is very common for unit gifts. One person places the order and coordinates the design. The cost is then split among unit members, family contributors, or a unit fund. A quality military retirement belt typically costs between $350 and $699, which divides easily among a group.
